The University was established to provide high-quality tertiary education for the country’s ever-increasing number of secondary school leavers. As the University grew and thrived over the following years, the need to provide its high-quality instruction at a higher level became increasingly apparent. Nile University has over 4000 students (undergraduate and postgraduate), 34 undergraduate programs across six faculties, and 47 postgraduate programs across five faculties.

Challenge
Due to rise in students enrollments, there are needs for the University to Integrate seamless payment gateway that help to handle all type of payment done by the students in the institution. Webplanet Consulting and Services was contacted to integrate this payment option that helps the institution to receive payments from all their students.
Solution
We engage the client and ask for the payment gateway option they want to implement. We integrated the payment gateway with their application to receive all transactions done on that payment gateway API.
We also developed an Admin Module Application for the Finance Department to manage all student’s data and their respective payments, refunds, memo, and charges modules.
Results
Success was the result, it helps the finance department to optimize the processes by 95%.
